RCMI’s success to date has been driven by teamwork, consistency and continuous improvement. It is our goal on each project to complete our scope in a cost effective manner in accordance with Project quality standards and Owner expectations, while meeting/exceeding time constraints and health, safety and environmental targets. We believe our track record with respect to Owner satisfaction speaks volumes, evident by the repeat work received.

Overview

RAven Construction Management Inc. prides itself in its consistent approach to project planning and execution, as well as the diversity of projects we have successfully completed. Established in 2003, as an organization we have worked within a number of industrial market sectors and have executed projects ranging from $50,000 to $20,000,000 in value. Our projects have taken us as far north as Attawapiskat, ON and as far west as Regina, SK, often times working within areas that are isolated from nearby cities or towns which makes providing labour, equipment and materials that much more challenging.

Our success to date has been driven by teamwork, experienced leadership, continuous improvement and our top down hands-on approach to project planning and execution. In addition, by minimizing project overhead, maximizing productivity and taking advantage of long-standing relationships with labour organizations, subcontractors and suppliers across a number of different provinces, we are able to provide Clients with a cost effective solution to what could be a very expensive project otherwise. And we do this while maintaining the Client's expectations with respect to safety and quality.

Health, Safety & the Environment

At RAven Construction Management Inc., the integral culture that delivers innovative solutions and quality projects also produces an environment of commitment, engagement, and trust. These are critical elements of a safety culture that requires the protection of all workplace parties, as well as the environment, from any negative impacts arising from our work activities. Performing safe work is at the forefront of how we deliver our products and services.

Leadership, Commitment, Accountability and Continual improvement are the pillars on which we continue to build our success.  Strong Leadership provides the vision that we have only succeeded when everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.  Commitment from everyone in the workplace that injuries and incidents are an unacceptable outcome of performing our work activities. Accountability at all levels with respect to upholding safe work practices and procedures. Continual improvement processes will ensure we apply new information and technology to our activities to further reduce risks.
