Project Description: Located in the town of Aylmer, ON, behind an existing Hydro One facility was a new transformer station built between spring of 2016 to summer of 2017.

Project Scope:

• Site prep, clearing

• Construct access road

• Excavate and backfill

• Form and pour foundations

• Foundation waterproofing

• Masonry work

• Structural steel install

• Supply and install doors/hardware

• Fence install

• Drainage

• Final grading

• Asphalt driveway

• Berm and rip rap install

Highlights: Discovered a broken waterline that fed the farm fields adjacent to the work site. Worked with land owner to fix.
