Project Description: RAven Construction Management Inc. was awarded a project located in Guelph, ON, a new Transformer Station, Cedar TS.

Project Scope:

• Excavate and backfill

• Form and pour foundations

• Foundation waterproofing

• Pre-cast trench install

• Duct bank install

• Fence install

• Final grading

• Asphalt road

• Seeding and sod

• Drainage

• Supply and install doors/hardware

Highlights: Project was located within a residential area, therefore construction activities had to be coordinated well in advance and performed only during set hours of the day.
