Project Description: Project located in Toronto, ON, involved the construction of a new MV GIS Building for Hydro One at their Fairbanks Transformer Station.

Project Scope:

•        Excavate and backfill

•         Install shoring

•         Yard drainage and grading

•         Form and pour foundations

•         Foundation waterproofing

•         Form and pour suspended slab

•         Install roof parapet

•         Pour roof topper

•         Supply and install doors/hardware

•         Supply and install suspended ceilings and bathroom finishes

Highlights: East and north side of excavation required the use of piles and wood lagging to shore the excavation.
