Project Description: Project located in Etobicoke, ON, involved the construction of a new MV GIS Building for Hydro One at their Horner Transformer Station.

Project Scope:

• Excavate and backfill

• Yard drainage and grading

• Form and pour foundations

• Foundation waterproofing

• Form and pour suspended slab

• Install roof parapet

• Pour roof topper

• Supply and install doors/hardware

• Supply and install suspended ceilings and bathroom finishes

Highlights: No laydown space on this project, materials delivered on a same day use basis.
