Project Description: Located in downtown Hamilton, ON, Kenilworth transformer station involved the construction of a new MV GIS building for Hydro One.

Project Scope:

• Excavate and backfill

• Drainage install

• Site grading

• Form and pour foundations

• Foundation waterproofing

• Install roof parapet

• Pour roof topping

• Supply and install all doors/hardware

Highlights: This project had a major ground water issue, as the location right near the Hamilton harbor presented a very high-water table to deal with, additionally it was contaminated water that had to be sent to a treatment facility.
