Project Description: RAven Construction Management Inc. was contracted to construct a building extension of the existing control building at Preston TS for Hydro One.

Project Scope:

• Excavate building addition area

• Tie new foundation into existing walls

• Form and pour foundation

• Provide new drainage

• Backfill foundation

• Form and pour floor slab on grade

Highlights: There was a potential for shoring due to close proximity of existing structures, fortunately dig area did not impact these structures due to favorable soil conditions.
