Project Description: RAven Construction Management Inc. was contracted to construct the foundation for a new Switchgear Building for Trans Canada Energy in Cobourg Ontario.

Project Scope:

• Demo fence in work area

• Excavate building foundation

• Import and compact base material

• Form and pour building slab and door aprons

• Construct new fence

• Backfill and final grade site

Highlights: The project schedule hit every target from mobilization to final completion.
