Project Description: Located in Toyota’s Woodstock plant, a new foundation required for an Injection Molding Machine. This involved demolition of the plant floor slab and new construction to make the foundation adequate for the modification.

Project Scope:

• Install dust tight hoarding

• Install safety yellow steps and platforms

• Saw-cut and demo concrete floor

• Excavate

• Form and pour foundations

• Install pre-cast trench drain

• Apply floor coating

Highlights: Maintaining a dust clean environment was a top priority to protect the new cars on the line.
