Project Description: Retrofitting of an existing 164,000 square foot industrial building at 10 Craig Street in Brantford for Upfield Canada. The new facility features technical improvements that will support Upfield’s expanding product portfolio, including margarine and vegan cheese alternative products.

Project Scope:

• Miscellaneous Equipment Foundations and Housekeeping pads

• Formwork, rebar and cast-in-place concrete for interior curbs for insulated panels, new loading docks, new tank farm base containment and condenser platform

Highlights: Doka Xlife Formwork System used for tank farm perimeter and new loading dock walls.
